Go to '''Plug-in Manager''' and check if you enable user profile plugin.

Let's check and correct user profile.

Menu
* Users
** User Manager

Select user, check or change it's properties

Go to '''Placemarks''' tab and open your placemark.

Now assosiate user with placemark on slider '''Integration'''

* select your user
* select Icon view of data (like with contacts)

And we need to "activate" user profile feature - enable it in map details.

Go to '''Maps''' tab and open your map. There is '''Integration''' slider too.
